NAGS LAUNCHES HER MONTHLY QUIZ/ DEBATE COMPETITION
The proposed quiz/debate competition which is intended to be carried monthly is aimed to foster the desire for knowledge and boost confidence among Gbaramatu Students.
The quiz competition is also geared towards promoting our historical backgrounds, increasing logical reasoning and overall enhancement of education in our Kingdom.
HISTORY:
Edmund Burke once said:
"In history, a great volume is unrolled for our instruction, drawing the materials of future wisdom from the past errors and infirmities of mankind."
On this note, we have meticulously crafted our questions which will help illuminate our almost forgotten aboriginal records of our dear Kingdom and set us on course in promoting our Kingdom.
Also our expectation at the end of this quiz is to do justice in the following areas:
1. INTEREST:
To increase the interest of students in learning and to galvanize the reading culture of our students.
2.. PARTICIPATION:
To enrage the spirit of participation amongst our students and in our media houses.
3. CONSTRUCTIVE DISCUSSION:
To engage our students in constructive discussions and for them to be able to express ideas in a clear and structured manner.
Our students are thereby advised to take advantage of this competition so that we can achieve all of these stated objectives.
